My son has a lot of fear and anxiety around new experiences, and let's just say our first visit wasn't exactly smooth sailing. There was some serious kicking, screaming, and unfortunately, even some throwing up outside the office. Through it all, Dr. Sandu and his team were incredibly patient and understanding. They never made us feel embarrassed or like we were doing something wrong. They just kept a calm and positive atmosphere, and even managed to get a peek at my son's teeth! What really impressed me was the follow-up call we received from Dr. Sandu himself. He wanted to check in and see how my son was doing after the whole ordeal. It showed a genuine level of care that goes above and beyond. Finding a dentist who can handle – and even thrive with – special needs kids can feel impossible.
