How to Enter:
- New Patients: Complete your first appointment to be entered into the giveaway.
- Existing Patients: Visit us for any treatment or routine check-up to participate.
- Leave a Review: Write a Google or Yelp review for the location you visited, and earn an extra entry!
- Follow Us on Social Media: Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for another bonus entry.
- Refer a Friend: Refer a new patient, and when their appointment is confirmed, both of you will receive additional entries!
